How we do it:

Strategy Fitness uses Barefoot Technology, the Functional Movement Screen and some serious workouts based on foundational movement patterns and Olympic lifts. 

We use established methods for changing habits that include making a plan, keeping you accountable, and building on success.    

We incorporate meditation, nutrition guidance, recovery practices, and breathing exercises in every program. And this focus and effort equals a stronger, healthier, happier you.

Bio

Sarah Cline, founder and CEO of Strategy Fitness, started as a dancer and then, in 1999, she discovered the joys and amazing, transformative power of strength training and coaching.  

Today Sarah is an ACSM-certified personal trainer with almost 20 years of experience working with a wide range of people.  Sarah has been working H&D Physical Therapy since 2008 and has been the Director of Personal Training and Wellness there since 2016. She is a Barefoot Rehab Specialist, a Registered Yoga Teacher, certified in Functional Movement Systems and works closely with physical therapists  to help increase the fitness of newly-graduated patients. Establishing Strategy Fitness has allowed her to share her years of experience with other trainers and to empower people to be in the best shape of their lives, no matter what.
