In the Prioritize-Life Life-Style Coaching Option, we strategize together, finding ways to make time to take care of the only body you’ll ever have. Then we put those strategies into practice.  Once a week, we meet for a 60-minute, high-intensity, safe, and effective workout. Then, I give you 3 more 30-minute workouts to do on your own. But more importantly, we meet -- either in-person at the end of the 60 minute workout  or later via video chat -- for a 30-minute meeting. During this meeting, we’ll discuss the obstacles getting in your way of being in your best health and use tried-and-true behavior-change protocols to overcoming those obstacles.  And then, during the next meeting we’ll find out what worked and what still needs attention.

In this structured 50-minute semi-private training series, the program is written specifically for you and then carried out together with your team.
